The Joint Agencies Groundwater Directive Advisory Group (JAGDAG) sought views in early 2016 on the proposed changes to the Methodology for the determination of hazardous substances for the purposes of the Groundwater Directive (2006/118/EC) and proposed determination of 48 substances.
The 48 substances that were assessed using the revised methodology, a summary of the assessments and changes to the methodology were included with the consultation. All the documents can be accessed below.
The methodology has now been adopted, taking account of the consultation responses. A summary of the responses along with the finalised determinations can be found in the consultation response document below.
